What has been completed so far?
We have successfully completed and paid for an
archaeological dig, environmental survey, flora/fauna surveys, wetlands
mapping, transportation study, marketing report, and legal review.
Denig Design Associates, Inc., of Northampton, Massachusetts recently
completed the Master Plan for the Gardens
