What does the Master Plan
include? |

The
plan is
divided into five development phases. Ultimately the Gardens will
include theme and meadow gardens, waterfalls, Native American trail and
interpretation, working greenhouses, a conservatory, croquet lawns, gift
shop and restaurant, administration building and observation tower. The
construction and cost of architectural structures has been extended
throughout the five phases. Norwich’s rich Colonial and Victorian
